SlipAlert Warranty

 

Free 1 year warranty on new machines

All new SlipAlert units purchased from 2010 qualify for a 1 year parts warranty. This excludes consumables: the battery and sliders. The parts warranty does not cover theft or damage caused by improper use. For more information, contact SlipAlert.

 

 

Accidental Damage

If your SlipAlert is accidentally damaged then please contact SlipAlert immediately. We will assess the damage free of charge and we will repair any accidental damage at low cost. For details of accidental damage insurance, contact us.

 

Ongoing Service/Warranty

Your SlipAlert should serve you well for many years. However, if you want to be sure your machine is in tip-top condition, we offer service/warranty support from just £250 per year. Contact us for details.

 

Service/Warranty + Analysis Service

If you are testing floors on a regular basis, weekly or monthly, then we offer an independent analsysis service from just £30 per month Contact us for details.

 

Calibration Service

Your SlipAlert is unlikely to go out of calibration and it comes with self-calibration checks. However, in-line with HSE and UKSRG advice, we offer an anual calibration service from £150 per year. Contact us for details.
